I purchased a Belkin SC+ INVISIGLASS…

I purchased a Belkin SC+ INVISIGLASS ULT IPSE/8/7
less than 12 months ago it lifted on top write corner and would not go back down, I called at my local Apple shop and they said they cannot replace it I would have to contact Belkin directly they gave me the details. I tried the web site with no joy whatsoever I needed an RMA number to enter the warranty claim, so I called the UK number on their web site several time and waited for ever still no joy. Tried the chat line but this was only based in the US it never connected me to an agent. At this time I am left with no options therefore I can only say what an awful company to do business with after years of being a customer, but not any longer!!

I purchased a Belkin screen protector

I purchased a Belkin screen protector, I dropped my ph today and not only did the screen protector break but also my phones glass, I’m so upset. I have bought other screen protectors prior to belkin and my phones screen has always been protected.

Do not buy a screen protector at Apple

Do not buy a screen protector at Apple! I had it replaced 2 times because of air bubbles!
The third time they refused I contacted Belkin for a refund and they refused to offer me a replacement.
What difference do they make for a screen protector that is 3 times more expensive than the one made in china?
I am so disappointed!

Horrible product and customer service

Horrible. I paid $CAD188 for the Belkin 3-in-1 Boost Charger Pro through Apple online in January 2022. It charged the phone and the watch fine but it was hit and miss for charging the AirPods, until it completely stopped charging the AirPods in August 2022. Apple told me to call Belkin for warranty. Belkin is an absolute nightmare to deal with, horrible customer service. I was on hold for more than 20 minutes more than once, the staff's comprehension of the English language is poor, they won't ship me a replacement until I send them my unit because I live in Canada (US customers receive the new unit first before having to send the faulty one back). They also enjoy giving customers the run around. Initially I did not have my receipt so they told me to call Apple for a duplicate receipt, which I did so Apple sent me a duplicate. I forwarded it to Belkin who refused is as they want it as a PDF. So now I'm in a catch-22 as Apple does not have a PDF of the receipt. Next time I will choose a company that has decent products and service.

Poor quality product!

Poor quality product!
Сable for the iPhone (30 euro) fell apart after 2 weeks. I have never seen such a low quality product in my life!

RIP-OFF - APPLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

Was told by Apple that their screen protectors are the best and that you would get a free replacement..so bought and had one fitted at the Apple store for £30. Then when I tried to register the model number it wasn’t listed..eventually found it, then received an email registering a completely different model. Contact with them is impossible..they don’t answer their phones or react to on-line chat. Heaven knows if I will ever get a replacement..should I need one...as I have now read all the negative comments... Apple should be ashamed.. will complain to them. Beware!

I have had a really bad experience from…

I have had a really bad experience from the beginning. It took me months to be able to find available the portable charger I needed for my phone. Once available I purchased it. 10-12 later they told me order cancelled no availability. I purchased a second item which it has been a month chasing them with loads of emails, long phone call waits of 40min up to 1h to be able to get a tag qr code or something to return this product and get my money back. They still haven’t replied. More than 5 times I was promised they were going to come back to me in 24-48h but I am still waiting. NEVER again. Awful company customer service. Such horrible experience!

Belkin “false warranty?” Ultraglass screen protector

I purchased the Belkin Ultraglass screen saver when I got my new apple iPhone as it was recommended by the apple store staff. I was also told it came with a 2 year limited warranty. I noticed late last year that the screen protector was no longer adhering fully to the screen and having pointed this out to my local apple store staff, it was suggested I should make a claim under the warranty. I did this following the Belkin claim procedure fully (including original receipt from apple) and was issued with an acknowledgment and claim reference number. No replacement screen ever arrived. Just recently I decided to try again and submitted a fresh claim (with relevant information/copy receipt etc) and once again received an acknowledgment of my claim being processed with a reference number. Again, no replacement screen has arrived.

I feel that apple (and perhaps trading standards) should investigate this apparent false warranty offer by Belkin. It would be interesting to discover whether anyone has received a replacement item under Belkin’s so-called warranty?

Belkin is an absolute con

Belkin is an absolute con! I have held on for over an hour and there is no ‘agent on the way’. I also called and it said it was closed after saying it was open till 5 pm and I was well within the time frame. I am looking to replace my screen but already sense it’s a wasted cause. Nobody answers. They are un ashamedly shameless at NOT OFFERING CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I damaged my screen but read here they will refuse to replace it - how crazy is that. Apple should NOT be using them to supply their screens and should NOT be saying they can be replaced if they are damaged if this is clearly not the case. Shame on Belkin. Shame on Apple.

I bought an Apple screen protector

I bought an Apple screen protector, which is much more expensive because, in case of damage, it would be replaced. After 2 years, it broke and they told me that the warranty cover does not apply "IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO UNNATURAL PHYSICAL STRESS, MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE OR ACCIDENT. THUS, ACCIDENTAL OR NON_ACCIDENTAL PHONE DROP IS NOT COVERED WITH THE WARRANTY".
So, if your phone fall, you would not get a replacement. This is ridiculous!
